Here's how to lose weight quickly... especially if you're a woman who ways over 160 pounds. First off, these are simple exercises. I've worked with thousands of women and Reduslim by now I know that SIMPLE IS ALWAYS BETTER.
Second, it's flexible. Take this plan I give you and adjust it to you and your schedule.
How to Lose Weight Quickly
The hula hoop is the ultimate way to tone your abs and Reduslim hips. If you want to lose weight, Reduslim yet maintain nice feminine curves... the hula hoop is the way to go. I suggest you do it three times a day for Reduslim 2 minutes each time. Perfect to do during commercials if you watch a lot of tv.
2. Stairstepper
Although I normally don't recommend the stairstepper, it's a very useful machine for women who need to get away from the stationary bike and Reduslim treadmill. The best way to maximize your fat loss using this is to manually increase and decrease the levels on it.
So you'd put it so all the red dots are all the way up to the top and Reduslim you're going CRAZY trying to keep up with the steps. Do that for Reduslim maybe 10 seconds. Then manually lower the speed to just a few red dots... so it's easy... a nice walk. Do this for 20 seconds.
Do this on and off for Reduslim a total of 6 minutes. Although 4 minutes of the total 6 are easy, Reduslim this is still really intense.
Have a time crunch? Can't do much, can't go to the gym? Well, jump on a $25 mini-trampoline. Still can't find time to do it... ok, Reduslim do it during commercials. Still can't find to do it, ok, jump on it for 1-2 minutes after each time you go to the bathroom.
Be creative... we're all busy. But you have the time to do this... you just need to find it. Think about it!
